In particular, she owns the intellectual property rights to all material on this website.

Vera Bondare voluntarily granted the public only limited rights to use these materials.
Anyone can legally and free of charge use any image of her creations, but you can do so only in a certain limited way, namely, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the international Creative Commons license “CC BY-NC-ND 4.0”.

If you want to exploit some image of her artwork beyond the limitations of the granted public license (for commercial use or making modifications) you have obtain some explicit license provided by Vera Bondare as outlined on the dedicated page Licensing
